I must re-read Treasure Island. (Look, will ya stop reminding me of books? I have such a long list already!)Fran Hillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07935088780461825341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37291817.post-37178194190323219852010-08-31T17:30:06.180+01:002010-08-31T17:30:06.180+01:00Happy hunting, Alan. Over across the Sakonnet Passage in Tiverton there's a wildlife management area called Weetamoo Woods, and there's an old colonial-era road running through it and several holes in the ground beside the road which were once the foundations of the houses built there in the early 1700s. There was a sort of mini village there, and it's fascinating to poke around the old foundations. Good hunting next week!Royhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01648670975466222140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37291817.post-61081972584062098512010-08-31T14:54:20.954+01:002010-08-31T14:54:20.954+01:00Finding buried treasure has got to be one of the m...Finding buried treasure has got to be one of the most fascinating dreams, ever.
