On the way to a meeting of the Old Gits Luncheon Club on Friday I spotted this piece of graffiti on a wooden door on the side of the George Hotel in Huddersfield. The Hotel is currently being redeveloped : hopefully when they get around to the side kitchen door and someone says "shall we paint over this", someone else will say no.
Old Gits Luncheon Club; sounds almost grand.

ReplyDeleteIs it a screen print? Hard to do details like that with spray paint, I would think. (My artist self always wants to know how it was done.)

ReplyDeleteIt is way better than just the run of the mill spray can artist. I would hope the add framing stock around and make it look permanent.
