Alan, thanks for the explanation. I have an iPad, but don't have the apps mentioned. I'll check into them when we return home from our current road trip. Generally, I look for "free" apps, but do understand that (occasionally) one does have to expand some money to have FUN and you certainly did and perhaps so will I later.
Alan, by "pen" do you mean a stylus, I think not so back to John's question...what pen? And, do you frame using a border in blogger? You see, I usually use Microsoft LiveWriter to blog off-line and than up-load to blogger, as I cannot compose off-line in Blogger. Sadly, there is an off-line blogging program for my Macbook (MarsEdit) but it is not as good as LiveWriter or as user-friendly but the best currently available for Mac.
Thanks Alan. I use - oh bugger, her indoors has nicked the iPad for a meeting. Anyway, it ain't as versatile as this.
I also use a Kensington stylus/pen. It's a stylus combined with a normal ballpoint on the other end. About £16 or £18 on eBay. Much more expensive in the shops.
Alan, you have the technological savvy of a a teenager. I'm impressed. Even though I don't have an iPad, this was of great interest...it makes me want to get one.
Downloaded it when her indoors got back. Now she's even more enamoured with the iPad and I'll never get to use it. Wouldn't mind, except it's my work iPad.
That is so cool. I keep telling myself to learn more and get more creative but I tend to be overwhelmed when I start with the new widgets, gadgets, apps etc. My brain does not process these things easily, hence, my hesitation.
What 'pen' do you use.

ReplyDeleteWow, all these things I could do, except it's all I can do to get used to the new Blogger interface! :)

ReplyDeleteMakes me want to go out and buy one of those i-pad thingies. :)
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I like this very much! We had an i-pad and I've never touched it! ha.
ReplyDeleteAnd congrats on the new car! How exciting!
Alan, how did I miss knowing that you were such a techy! No ipad in my hands yet, but one of these days.... Thanks for your process.
ReplyDeleteYou seem quickly to have mastered these necessary skills - I'm impressed! Now I want an iPad.
ReplyDeleteYou are a techno guru..I did not know that such things were possible. Now I will have to save up for an ipad..:)
