On the train down to London on Saturday I was reading Samuel Pepys' Diary and before I could stop myself I found myself thinking, what would it have been like if Samuel Pepys had owned an iPad? Well you can guess where this is going.... As I have been absent from my Blog for far too many days, I thought it would be useful to update you on what had been happening. The notes are downloaded from my iPad diary.
My goodness, you've certainly been busy, Alan! I hope the bed has been kind to you.
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed with your mastery of the iPad. Those are very attractive panels. A congrats on the new Toyota; they're great cars.
ReplyDeleteCreative and Cool! Little daily collages. I feel myself falling into covetousness. It looks like fun way to diary (?). Three pints and an afternoon snooze...solution to world problems right there. :)
ReplyDeleteIn case you are wondering what "ever sing" cameras are - they are reversing cameras after three pints and without a spell checker.
ReplyDeleteI love how this turned out. Now I want to get some ever sing cameras for my car. On second thought, maybe I should get some often sing cameras.
ReplyDeleteYou're making me covet an iPad now... and a car with singing cameras. A most enjoyable post, Alan (as always).
ReplyDeleteAlan, you've been a busy man. What you need to do is find a nice comfy spot in a nice comfy pub and...oh, hold on, you're way ahead of me. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteI'm treating myself to an iPad, but I have to wait until Christmas...or thereabouts.
You've been a busy boy! I don't like that water line stuff. It can get crazy. Neat way to show your activities for the last while.
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed this catching up post, Alan, and please can you tell me HOW you assembled it with your iPad as I have one and not a clue how to do a clever thing with it. Good luck with the new car and the water meter (and it sounds like that will be quite a tale to be continued).
ReplyDeleteYour ipad pages look fun, and your life looks full and interesting. I don't think I need ever sing cameras. I'd be content with a DVD player that worked. Thanks for my laugh before bed.
ReplyDeleteAlan - what's the application you use?
ReplyDeleteAfter that first day's pub crawl, I'm surprised you could write anything else.
Very cool- I've got to learn how to do this!
